Duplicate Savings Certificate Issue

1 (one) month;

A) application on white paper;

B) a copy of the general diary at the nearest police station;

C) Advertisement in 2 (two) widely circulated daily national newspapers;

D) Affidavit by Judicial Magistrate on non-judicial stamp of Rs. 300 / -;

E) Indemnity bond with non-judicial stamp of Rs. 300 / -;

F) 2 (two) passport size photographs of each of the buyers / buyers and nominees;

G) Deposit of fee in the amount prescribed in code 1-1151-0000-261 through treasury invoice;
